These Spanish coins are all from the same era as the coins from the Atocha shipwreck, but are either land finds or from other shipwrecks. They are all authentic coins wrapped in 14k gold. These Pieces of one are generally about the size of a nickel or quarter
depending on how they were struck. The denomination was more than a matter
of weight than size, and so the size depended on how much the metal spread when
